Delete your Ăn Hạnh Phúc account

You can delete your account directly in the app or on the website. This page describes the steps and what is deleted.
1. Steps in the app
- Sign in → open Account (the person icon in the bottom bar).
- Scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete account".
- Confirm (enter your password if the account has one).
2. What happens
- Your account is locked immediately and you are signed out everywhere; notification device tokens are deleted.
- Vendor profiles you own, your messages and updates are hidden right away.
- After 30 days everything is permanently deleted: account details (email, name, profile picture, phone), vendors you own, suggestions, messages, updates, reports, visits, feedback, saved list, block list and linked sign-ins (Google / Facebook / Apple).
- Within those 30 days you can email us to restore the account.
3. What is kept
- Security logs (sign-ins, moderation actions) are kept for security and dispute handling; old logs are archived and then deleted.
- Aggregate statistics not linked to any person (monthly vendor page views…).
4. Cannot sign in?
Email lanlp.personal@gmail.com from your registered address with the subject "Delete account". We verify and delete within 7 working days.
