Terms of Use

1. What Ăn Hạnh Phúc is

Ăn Hạnh Phúc is a non-profit community map that helps people find and support small vendors: street stalls, carts, flower stands, produce sellers, bike repairs and more. Information on the map comes from vendors and the community and is reviewed by the team.

2. Accounts

• Provide accurate information; one account per person.
• Keep your password and sessions safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.

3. What you post

You are responsible for what you submit (suggestions, updates, comments, messages, photos, reports, feedback). By submitting, you allow Ăn Hạnh Phúc to display and use it in the app to serve the community. You must not post:

• False or misleading information about vendors.
• Offensive, hateful, harassing, threatening or discriminatory content.
• Other people’s private information without their permission.
• Ads, spam or harmful links.
• Photos or content you do not have the right to use.
• Anything that breaks Vietnamese law.
• You can report content or block other users; the moderation team reviews reports within 24 hours and may hide / remove content or lock accounts.

4. Suggesting vendors

• Only suggest real vendors, with information you know to be true.
• Respect vendors’ wishes: a vendor can ask to correct or remove information about them at any time.
• Each account has a suggestion allowance, which the team may adjust.

5. For vendors

• Your profile is public only when you agree; you can withdraw that agreement at any time and your profile is hidden immediately.
• You are responsible for your goods, prices, quality, food safety and business licences.
• You can invite someone to help manage your profile; helpers cannot delete your profile.
• Keep your information (hours, whether you are still selling) up to date so customers do not make a wasted trip.

6. Visits and medals

Medals recognise real support. Do not fake your location or create fake visits or orders. Visits or medals gained by cheating may be removed, and the account may be locked.

7. Moderation

The team may review, hide or remove content, temporarily hide profiles and lock accounts when these terms are broken or when required by law. You can report content right in the app.

8. Buying and delivery

• Ăn Hạnh Phúc does not sell goods, take payments, or create orders or delivery orders.
• Purchases, prices, payment and delivery are agreed directly between you, the vendor and the delivery provider. Ăn Hạnh Phúc is not a party to those agreements.
• The "Lottery" category only lists street lottery-ticket vendors; the app does not sell tickets and has no betting.

9. Accuracy of information

We try to keep information correct, but small vendors may change hours, move or stop selling. Map information may be out of date; please contact or check before you go.

10. Changes and interruptions

We may change, pause (for example for maintenance) or discontinue parts of the app. We will announce major changes in advance when possible.

11. Limitation of liability

The app is provided free of charge, "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Ăn Hạnh Phúc is not liable for losses arising from transactions between you and vendors or delivery providers, from information provided by users, or from service interruptions.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time on the Account page. We may lock accounts for serious or repeated violations.

13. The app on Google Play and the App Store

The Ăn Hạnh Phúc app on Google Play and the App Store is the same service as the website and is covered by these terms. Google and Apple are not parties to this service, are not responsible for its content and have no obligation to support or maintain the app; send any claims to us via the Contact section. The app sells nothing, collects no money and has no in-app purchases.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.

15. Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top of the page changes too. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new version.
